How does the Pipedrive integration work?
Directly via Automations → Webhook (no Zapier needed). Follow these simple steps to connect Pipedrive to your Slim Folderen account.
Create a webhook
Pipedrive → Settings → Webhooks → "+ Webhook" → "Automation webhook" (Advanced plan or higher). Name: Slim Folderen. Endpoint URL: your webhook URL with a "/" at the end — Pipedrive only accepts URLs that end this way. Authentication: none.
UW_WEBHOOK_URL/Create an automation
Pipedrive → Automations → new automation. Choose a trigger, for example "Deal won", "Person created" or a stage change. Action: Webhook → choose the "Slim Folderen" webhook, method POST. The path can be left empty.
Fill in the body
Choose "Raw" and paste the JSON below. Use the field button to replace each value with the Pipedrive field (for a deal trigger: the fields of the linked person and organisation). If the full address is in a single field, put it in "adres" (address) — we extract the postcode and city automatically. Separate fields also work: "adres" (address), "postcode", "plaats" (city) and optionally "land" (country).

Run the automation for one deal or person. You will see our response in the Pipedrive execution history. Rejected requests are also listed in Slim Folderen, with the reason, under the "Geweigerd" (Rejected) tab of this campaign.
Tip: Prefer not to use an automation? A regular webhook (Settings → Webhooks, object "person") is recognised automatically, but Pipedrive only includes the address if it is stored in an address field of the person. Deal webhooks contain no name or address.
