Questions we often get
How long does delivery take?
If you place an order on a working day before 3 pm, we print and pack it the same day. Within the Netherlands, PostNL delivers it to the recipient's doormat within 2 working days. Shipments elsewhere in Europe take 2 to 5 working days.
Do I get free credits?
Yes, if your company is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). Companies with a valid, active KvK number receive 100 welcome credits once, for a free trial shipment: one copy of a brochure of up to 8 pages, to your own company address as registered with the KvK or to a business recipient you select through the KvK search. We check your KvK number automatically when you sign up. The offer applies once per business and per person, phone number and email address. Bulk orders, campaigns and further shipments are paid with purchased credits; welcome credits cannot be exchanged for money.
Do I have to connect my CRM myself?
No. Our IT team connects your CRM free of charge. We recognise Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce and other well-known CRMs straight away; other systems connect via Zapier, Make or our API.
I don't have a brochure yet. Can you help?
Yes. Ask for expert help in the library: our marketers design your brochure on request. You can also have the AI brochure tool create a first draft there.
Can I set a monthly spending limit per employee?
Yes. Administrators can give each team member a monthly budget in credits in the dashboard. That way you avoid unexpected costs and stay in full control of your marketing budget.
Can I order a larger quantity, such as 100 or 1,000 copies?
Yes. Besides individual shipments per recipient, you can order 10 to 2,500 copies in one shipment to one address, such as your office, a trade fair stand or an event venue. You pay for printing per copy and for shipping only once. You can do this during onboarding, and afterwards via “Oplage bestellen” (bulk order) on the dashboard.
I don't have a KvK number. Can I still use Slim Folderen?
Yes. You can create an account, upload brochures and send them; you then pay with purchased credits. The free trial shipment is only available to companies with a valid KvK registration. As a new customer you do get 20% off your first credit bundle. If your KvK number wasn't recognised when you signed up, or you only get one later, you can have it checked in your dashboard.
Is the dashboard available in English?
Not yet. The dashboard is in Dutch for now; this website, sign-up and onboarding are available in English.
