Frequently asked questions
Can I order a brochure in bulk, for example 100 or 1,000 copies?
Yes. When you send, choose “Oplage naar één adres” (bulk order to one address) and a quantity between 10 and 2,500 copies. All copies go to one address in one shipment.
How is shipping calculated for a bulk order?
You pay shipping once per shipment, not per copy. You see the rate per shipment in advance in the price calculator and when you order. Printing is charged per copy: Budget 4, Standard 5 or Premium 6 credits per page.
What does a bulk order of 100 brochures cost?
Example: 100 brochures of 8 pages on Budget to an address in the Netherlands = 100 × 32 + 39 = 3,239 credits. That is €388.68 excl. VAT at the standard rate, about €3.89 per brochure. With a credit bundle you pay less per credit.
Can I place a bulk order during onboarding?
Yes. In the “Verstuur je eerste brochure” (send your first brochure) step, you choose between one copy or a bulk order. After onboarding, you place a bulk order via “Oplage bestellen” (bulk order) on the dashboard.
How quickly is a bulk order delivered?
A bulk order goes straight into the print queue. From 250 copies, printing takes noticeably longer, so delivery may be a few working days later than for a single shipment. The shipment leaves as soon as all copies are ready; you can follow the progress live in the dashboard. Do you have a fixed date, such as a trade fair? Then order well in advance.
Is there a maximum?
Online, you can order up to 2,500 copies per shipment. If you need a larger quantity, please contact us.
